Clear Braille Solutions provides professional braille transcription services for organisations that need to make their documents genuinely accessible. We convert everyday materials — letters, labels, menus, forms, signage — into accurate, properly formatted braille, working with clients on an ongoing retainer basis rather than one-off jobs.

Braille medication instruction sheets
Accessible versions of prescription and over-the-counter medication information for visually impaired patients, produced proactively rather than on request.
Audio medication instructions
Spoken versions of medication instructions, for patients who don’t read braille or prefer audio. Both formats below are available.
- USB suits a one-off welcome pack, such as a new patient’s full set of medication, or organisations that want something physical that works offline.
- QR code linking to hosted audio suits ongoing use, one per medication, without a physical unit for every patient.

What we do not do
We produce documents in braille, and medication instructions in braille and audio. We do not offer advisory or consulting work, and we do not carry out website or digital accessibility audits.

Do patients need to read braille?
No. Medication instructions are also available as audio, on USB or through a QR code, for patients who don’t read braille or prefer to listen.
Do we have to request each instruction sheet?
No. Retainer clients get instruction sheets prepared automatically as new stock arrives.
Do you take on one-off jobs?
We work with clients on an ongoing retainer basis rather than one-off jobs, so the arrangement is already in place when a request comes in.
How much does it cost?
From £200 a month for independent pharmacies. Larger organisations get a custom quote.
How quickly will you reply to an enquiry?

Do you audit websites for accessibility?
No. We produce braille and audio documents. We do not carry out website or digital accessibility audits.
