Why a retainer, not a one-off
Most organisations find out they need braille on the day somebody asks for it. From there it is a scramble: find a provider, agree a price, and meet a deadline that started before the search did. A standing arrangement means the process is already in place when the request comes in.
For retainer clients, instruction sheets are prepared automatically as new stock arrives, in braille, audio or both. There is no need to request each one.
