Braille is not audio
Braille is its own literacy, not a substitute for a screen reader or an audiobook. For someone who reads braille, an audio-only alternative is not equal access. Provision that offers a single format to everyone falls short of the people it is meant to serve.
That is why we offer both: braille for people who read it, and audio instructions for people who don’t read braille or prefer to listen.
